Jen Robinson received her holistic health coach training at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition and Quantum Coaching. She has earned her credential as a Nationally Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach.

She studied psychology and Women’s Studies at Oregon State University. She’s a passionate parent, devoted dog mom, former boutique owner, experienced athlete and coach, and very happy home chef. Jen devours cookbooks like great novels.

Jen combines her love of healthful eating and knowledge of whole food, gut health, mindfulness, and movement practices to help people take small steps that create lasting change. She lives in Portland, Oregon with her high school sweetheart and husband of 30+ years.

My process is built around listening. I’m here to guide, educate, support and empower you to make thoughtful choices that benefit your whole being. Your path is more than what’s best for you—it’s also co-authored by you. 

A Health & Healing Journey

Most of my life has felt like a journey to helping others take charge of their health and wellness. Like many of the women I’ve worked with in the last 30 years, I too learned to diet at a young age—to feel trapped in a negative mindset about myself and unsatisfied with my body. I’ve worked the crazy hours and high-pressured jobs that left me burned out and riddled with anxiety. I’ve experienced the challenges and joys of raising children and all the emotions that come along with it. My own healing process has given me the tools to address these inner and outer forces and shake off that which no longer serves me.

A Path to Wholehearted Living 

After a lifetime of restrictive dieting, over-exercising, and looking at what I ‘can’t’ have, I’ve learned to focus on what I can have, to move away from shame and judgment to a space of self-compassion and joy.  I’ve learned to nourish my mind and body in order to embrace wholehearted living. And I want to help you do the same.

Before our meeting, I’ll send a health and wellness history for you to fill out. We’ll review your answers on the call & discuss how holistic health coaching can help you.

Select a coaching plan.

Together, we’ll create a customized approach to your wellness goals based on your priorities. Go at your own pace with weekly or twice monthly options.
